One very important part of our lifestyle is the diet. Having healthy eating habits and healthy everyday diet is crucial for having long and healthy life. Being overweight increases the risk of developing some very serious medical conditions like heart diseases, diabetes, sleep apnea, high blood pressure, gallbladder problems and different types of cancer. All the medical conditions are due to wide range of factors including the diet. So eating healthy and keeping the weight balanced lowers the risks and improves your lifestyle.

This food or diet plan has been made by a European Cardiologist. The main source of protein is eggs, and it is much better if it is an organic egg, while being consumed with fresh fruits. This is more effective and beneficial if it is done with regular exercise for at least half an hour.

It is just a simple and quiet effective diet plan. The breakfast is just the same for each and every day.

Breakfast: A piece of your chosen fruit, except for grapes or bananas. A serving of either blackberries or blueberries, it has the ability to offer the required antioxidants of the body.


DAY 1

Lunch: One piece of orange with a cup of yogurt and an egg.
Dinner: 2 pieces of boiled eggs, 2 pieces of toast, ½ cucumber or a small bowl of lettuce, as well as 2 pieces of tomatoes.

DAY 2
Lunch: One piece of orange with a cup of yogurt and an egg.
Dinner: A piece of toast, 125 grams of red meat, a cup of tea or coffee with no sugar and also a piece of orange fruit.

DAY 3

Dinner: 125 grams of cooked red meat, a piece of orange and toast with a cup of tea or coffee that has no sugar.

DAY 4

Dinner: 125 grams of cooked red meat, a piece of orange and toast with a cup of tea or coffee that has no sugar.

DAY 5

Lunch: A piece of toast, as well as 200 grams of either cooked fish or meat and a tomato.
Dinner: ½ pound of cooked carrots with potatoes and peas.

This should be strictly followed for five consecutive days have at least 2 days rest before doing the cycle again. Cook the vegetables without salt and prevent yourself from drinking alcohol.
